A. The majority of bleu kangaroo bags are reversible, except those bags with fringe or magnetic closures.

Q. Are the bags handmade?
A. Yes, each bleu kangaroo bag is given special attention to ensure the highest quality. All bags are hand made in the United States.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. All in stock items are shipped out within 24 hours using Priority Shipping USPS.

Q. Are the bags available in retail stores?
A. At this time bleu kangaroo bags are only available online and at selected craft shows.

Q. What are the shipping charges?
A. Shipping is $6 for orders up to $50, $8 for orders $51 -$100, $10 for orders $101 to $200, $14 for orders $201+ and 10% of total for any orders over $250. Rush Service is available for any in stock merchandise. Please add $15.00 for expedited shipping.

Q. Can I order through the mail?
A. YES, all checks or money orders should be made payable to Bleu Kangaroo and mailed to 88 Lone Oak Path, Smithtown NY 11787. Please quote item # and include shipping charges in total. Don't forget to provide shipping address and telephone number. If ordering from New York please include 8.5% sales tax. Please allow 7-14 days for checks to clear.
